Five ways we work with a team
-
01
AI vendor and tool-stack evaluation
Comparative evaluation of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot for your actual requirements, environment, and constraints. The work begins with what your teams need to accomplish rather than with a feature grid. You receive a written recommendation, the reasoning behind it, and a clear view of the trade-offs.
-
02
AI readiness assessment and implementation roadmap
Mapping where AI fits your current priorities. We identify high-impact workflow opportunities, name the technical and organizational pieces that need to be in place first, and set a practical 30 and 90 day sequence built around the infrastructure and team capacity you already have.
-
03
AI Manifesto and operating standards
Connecting AI to your organization's purpose, then turning that into standards your people can act on daily. Standards are framed around what employees can do, not only what they cannot. We supply the structure and the language. Your legal and HR teams own the formal policy.
-
04
AI Leadership Coaching for functional leaders
One to one coaching for department heads and managers responsible for AI inside their own teams. Sessions are built on the leader's real workflows. The focus is finding high-leverage uses in their daily work, growing fluency in AI as a thinking partner, and shaping how their team works with it.
-
05
AI workflow build alongside your team
A scoped two to four week engagement to architect and co-build one working AI workflow with the person who will own it, often a team lead or an AI champion inside your organization. A custom skill, an agent, a prompt library, or an agentic process tied to a valuable use case in your operations. You keep a working artifact and a playbook you can maintain.
Who we serve
Built for leaders carrying AI inside their own organization
- Mid-market companies that need AI enablement strategy and architecture without a full-time Head of AI.
- Functional leaders inside Fortune 500 organizations who carry responsibility for AI results in their own department.
- Executive teams that need their AI direction articulated clearly enough for a board conversation.
Engagements run remote, in advisory, facilitation, and coaching formats, with occasional onsite working sessions by arrangement.
Claude practice
Working with Claude
Claude and Claude Code are our daily working environment. Of the four assistants we evaluate for clients, Claude holds the largest share of our accumulated hands-on time.
This practice runs on a system I built in Claude Code. A combination of advisors and agents handles research, positioning, engagement preparation, and review, each built for one job and given only the context that job needs.
- The cabinetAdvisors summoned by name for a specific kind of thinking, and agents briefed once that go and work on their own.
- MethodRules and checks that run alongside whichever advisor owns the task, so voice and accuracy hold across everything that leaves the building.
- FoundationThe shared source files every advisor reads before it does anything else.
Evaluation work stays comparative. Claude is considered alongside ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot, and the recommendation follows what the client's work needs.

Robin Cordova
Founder and Lead Consultant
Twenty-five years of technology consulting sit behind this practice.
For sixteen of them Robin was an Enterprise Solution Architect at BlueAlly, formerly Net Direct Systems, designing high-availability datacenter infrastructure for Fortune 500 environments. Those systems carried mission-critical SAP and Oracle workloads across paired datacenters with cross-site replication and immediate failover, under five-nines contracts where downtime carried a direct financial penalty. Client environments included Eaton Corporation, Collins Aerospace, Penske Corporation, and Tokyo Electron.
Before that she founded Open Systems Consulting and Training, Inc., an independent UNIX practice that ran from 1990 to 2001. It delivered systems integration to small and mid-market clients and certified training through technical centers including Boston University and the University of Miami.
Systems thinking is the through line. An AI decision gets examined the way an architecture decision does. Where the dependencies are, what has to be true first, what breaks under load, and who owns the decision.
Robin is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, and wrote Reclaim 10 Hours A Week With Gen AI For Women In Business.
